Forty people flew to a farmhouse outside Ostuni for three days. The wedding was the middle one and by then everybody knew everybody, which changes the photographs more than any other single thing.<\/p>\n

Start at five<\/h2>\n

We began the ceremony at five o\u2019clock, which was the best decision anyone made all year. A three o\u2019clock ceremony in southern Italy in July means everyone squinting and nobody comfortable. Five means shade, a breeze, and light that is already turning.<\/p>\n
