The small print

Affiliate disclosure

Placeholder text. This page ships with the theme so you can see the layout. Replace it with your own terms before you launch — we are a theme, not your lawyer.

Some links on this site earn a commission, and the shop sells things directly. This page says exactly how that works, because a disclosure buried in a footer is not a disclosure.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to retailers pay a small commission if you buy. It never costs you more, and it never decides what appears here — everything recommended is something used in this kitchen, and things that were bought and disliked are simply not mentioned.

The shop

Items sold directly are bought, stocked and posted by us. The margin on them is how this site pays for its hosting and its photography.

Sponsored work

Paid partnerships are labelled at the top of the post, in the same size as the body text, before the recipe. A brand paying for a post does not get approval over the recipe or the opinion in it, and that is in the contract.

Gifts

Unsolicited products sometimes arrive. They are not written about unless they earn it, and if they are, the fact that it arrived free is stated.

New recipes, most Fridays
